Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges Assist customers with product demonstrations and upselling to maximize sales opportunities Maintain well-stocked shelves through merchandising and stocking efforts, ensuring products are appealingly displayed Handle cash, process payments, and manage cash handling procedures with integrity and accuracy Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory counts Use effective phone etiquette when communicating with customers or suppliers over the phone

Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures Ability to perform math accurately for transactions and inventory management Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities in

Russian

and

English
