HIRING FOR immediate start date for PT morning(8:30AM-5PM) and PT or FT night shifts(5PM-11PM) MORNING AVAILABILITY WILL TAKE PRIORITY

CRUSH - Artisanal Drinks is looking for boba and drink enthusiasts who are passionate about quality, community, and sustainable business practices! We are obsessed with keeping our amazing fans sipping on and smiling about our CRUSH creations, featuring locally sourced ingredients. Our mission is to bring worldwide drinks and flavors to Rexburg, so we are looking for a positive attitude over skills!

A store associate will serve as part-mixologist and part-cashier. Candidates should be comfortable multi-tasking around the kitchen and engaging with customers. Previous work experience is preferred, but we will provide full training!

CRUSH is proud to offer above-market hourly wages (plus free boba, CRUSH merch & more!). We value great company culture and it starts with our team members! The range is dependent to business and the amount of tips that you make--promotions and pay raises are possible.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Being "good with your hands": making beautiful drinks, boba, and snacks Educating and assisting customers with purchases and putting a smile on people's faces Coordinating deliveries with food partners (we will train you) Standard back-bar kitchen duties: cleaning equipment, mopping, restocking Following all company procedures and informing manager on duty of any issues
