Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our The UPS store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will be responsible for Process shipping label, assisting customers with inquiries, and maintaining a well-organized store environment. Your ability to engage with customers and promote our products will be key to your success in this position.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs. Sell products effectively by understanding customer preferences and making tailored recommendations. Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos to enhance customer interest. Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking, Packing as necessary. Utilize basic math skills to process transactions and provide change accurately. Upsell additional products to enhance the customer's shopping experience. Answer phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, providing information about products and services.

Experience

Must required experience in The UPS Store store. Strong phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with customers over the phone. Ability to demonstrate product knowledge and engage customers through effective communication. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing sales efficiently. A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 28 per week
