Job Responsibilities

As a

Store Associate at Clifton Ace Hardware & Paint

, you will:

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting with product selection Answer questions related to hardware, paint, tools, plumbing, electrical, and lawn & garden products Mix paint and assist customers with color matching (training provided) Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, well-organized store Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately Assist with receiving, pricing, and inventory management Support store promotions, seasonal displays, and special orders Follow store safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus (hardware or paint experience is a bonus) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods Willingness to learn hardware products and Ace systems Expected hours are Sunday 10-4 and Monday through Friday 11-7
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 per week
