We are seeking a dependable, motivated individual to join our team as a

Self Storage Property Associate

. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both customer service and hands-on property maintenance. If you take pride in keeping a facility clean, safe, and welcoming while providing excellent service, we want to hear from you!

Duties

Provide friendly, professional customer service in person and over the phone Assist customers with inquiries, rentals, payments, and move-ins/move-outs Mow grass, operate a weed trimmer, and perform general groundskeeping Clean and sweep storage units after customer move-outs Clean bathrooms and maintain facility cleanliness Sweep aisles and ensure the property is neat, orderly, and well-maintained Maintain accurate records and process transactions using the POS system Handle cash transactions responsibly Assist with light administrative tasks Maintain a safe environment and report any maintenance issues Collaborate with team members to keep the facility running smoothly

Requirements

Previous customer service, property maintenance, or retail experience preferred Ability to operate lawn equipment or ability to LEARN(mower, weed trimmer, etc.) Excellent communication and phone etiquette Ability to clean units, bathrooms, and facility areas as needed Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and basic technology Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions Valid driver's license preferred
