Job Summary:

The Stone Production Specialist will play a key role in the manufacturing process of our stone-based products for the Survivor line. The ideal candidate is meticulous, reliable, and willing to learn new processes quickly. This role involves overseeing the stone preparation process, tracking materials, and maintaining a safe and orderly workspace.

Key Responsibilities:1. Detail-Oriented Quality Assurance

Precision is crucial for crafting durable stones that meet our quality standards. The Stone Production Specialist will inspect each stage of the process, ensuring every detail aligns with Rockpot's specifications. Attention to measurements, textures, and finishes is required to achieve consistent, high-quality results.
2. Following the Stone-Making Process

The Specialist will be trained to follow a step-by-step stone production process that includes selection, preparation, treatment, and finishing. Understanding and strictly adhering to each step ensures the stones maintain the durability and aesthetic that define Rockpot's products. The candidate must be able to comprehend and retain these processes for successful independent work.
3. Tracking Stone Material Inventory

Keeping accurate records of stone material inventory is essential to avoid delays and shortages in production. The Specialist will monitor inventory levels, order new materials as necessary, and report to the COO on stock usage, assisting in strategic planning for procurement and storage.
4. Maintaining a Clean and Organized Workspace

A clean, organized workstation is essential for efficient workflow and safety. The Specialist is expected to uphold high standards of cleanliness, ensuring tools and materials are correctly stored, surfaces are clear, and safety protocols are in place. This helps prevent workplace accidents and maintains Rockpot's standards of professionalism.
5. Ability to Learn Quickly

Our stone-making process is unique, and we value individuals who can quickly absorb new skills and adapt to Rockpot's methods. Initial training will be provided, but a proactive approach to mastering the techniques and equipment is crucial for success in this role.
6. No-Corners-Cut Production Approach

At Rockpot, product reliability is a top priority, and we maintain a "no shortcuts" philosophy. The Specialist must demonstrate a commitment to thorough, careful production, consistently producing stones that meet Rockpot's standards. This involves completing each step thoroughly, using quality materials, and avoiding any attempts to speed up production at the cost of quality.

Qualifications:



High attention to detail and quality control. Basic inventory management experience is a plus. Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on cleanliness and safety. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new methods and tools. Commitment to excellence without compromising on standards.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
