Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
Manage compilation of appropriate paperwork for GSDP/GRP/TGPD ensuring all required paperwork is completed correctly.
Represents the company in handling complaints, arbitrating disputes, or resolving grievances.
Analyzes, recommends and implements policies and procedures to the GSDP/GRP/TGPD.
Respond to phone calls and letters from people inquiring about GSDP/GRP/TGPD.
Maintain Sales Logix database, updating dealers and entering new dealers.
Maintain SD files ensuring files are kept up to date.
Process all GSDP/GRP/TGPD orders including apparel and parts.
Answer GSD phone calls and act as point of contact for outside sales and distributors for the GSDP/GRP/TGPD.
Administer FFL EZ-check and verification of GSDP/GRP/TGPD orders.
Audit performance of Stocking Dealers and coordinate with the Director of Commercial Sales as it relates to contract renewals.
Make dealer calls for renewals and follow up correspondence

Work Environment:
The work environment primarily requires the employee to work inside in a climate controlled administrative office setting and dress appropriately as set by the GLOCK company policies. Work regularly scheduled shifts within our hours of operation and may be asked to work overtime and weekends when needed for special programs or events.
