Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocker/Receiver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring products are stocked efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management and a strong understanding of warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving processes.

Bilingual in Mandarin is a huge plus

Must be available 7:30am to 3:30pm , Work schedule will vary with days off

Responsibilities

Must have basic knowledge with computer and know how to send and correspond in emails. Must be able to lift 50lbs throughout shift. Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Utilize RF scanners to track inventory levels and manage stock. Load and unload products using forklifts and pallet jacks. Organize merchandise on shelves according to company standards. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control. Ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse area, including regular maintenance tasks. Collaborate with team members to optimize stocking processes and improve efficiency. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with retail staff or customers. Assist in packaging products for shipment as needed.

Experience

Previous warehouse experience is preferred, particularly in stocking, shipping & receiving, or inventory management. Familiarity with RF scanners, forklifts, and pallet jacks is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role. Strong organizational skills to manage inventory effectively. Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively within a team environment. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing customer interactions in diverse settings. Experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is beneficial but not mandatory.
