We are seeking a dedicated Stocker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our inventory is accurately stocked and organized, contributing to an efficient shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities

Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments efficiently using a forklift and pallet jack. Maintain accurate inventory control through diligent stocking practices and the use of RF scanners. Ensure all products are displayed according to merchandising guidelines while adhering to safety protocols. Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of the stock area to promote a safe working environment. Assist in shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading products as needed. Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries regarding product locations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely replenishment of stock on the sales floor. Execute retail math calculations for inventory management and assist with pricing adjustments as necessary.

Requirements

Previous warehouse experience is preferred, particularly in inventory management or retail settings. Proficiency in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with stocking duties. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers alike. Excellent organizational skills to maintain orderliness in stock areas and ensure efficient operations.
