Duties

Load and unload merchandise efficiently with equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, adhering to safety protocols Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, including regular cleaning and sanitation of shelves and workspaces Assist with merchandising by arranging products attractively on shelves to maximize sales potential Support shipping and receiving processes by preparing items for dispatch or storage, ensuring proper packaging and labeling Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, guiding shoppers, and supporting retail sales efforts Perform heavy lifting tasks safely while handling produce, grocery items, or other stock items as needed

Experience

Previous warehouse experience or retail stocking background preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate Familiarity with inventory management systems, RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklift operation is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills in multiple languages are advantageous for serving diverse customer needs Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing routine maintenance tasks Bilingual abilities are highly valued to enhance communication with a diverse customer base Prior experience in grocery stores or retail environments involving stocking, merchandising, or cashiering is beneficial

Pay: $20.98 - $25.27 per hour
