Duties

Stock shelves efficiently by unloading deliveries, organizing products, and ensuring proper placement according to merchandising standards Use RF scanners and other inventory management tools to track stock levels and update records accurately Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools safely to load and unload shipments Conduct regular inventory control checks to identify discrepancies and maintain stock accuracy Assist customers with locating products, answering questions, and providing excellent customer service Maintain cleanliness of the stockroom and sales floor by performing routine cleaning and organization tasks Support shipping & receiving processes by preparing items for delivery or transfer within the store or distribution center

Skills

Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and RF scanner technology Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely Ability to lift heavy loads consistently while adhering to safety protocols Multilingual skills or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail in stocking and merchandising products Proven communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and assist customers confidently Retail experience including cashiering, grocery store operations, or sales is advantageous Knowledge of retail math for pricing, stock calculations, and inventory adjustments Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly while maintaining safety standards Strong customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and positive approach

Pay: $22.70 - $27.33 per hour
