Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, ensuring products are stocked and organized, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to perform various tasks in a fast-paced environment, including heavy lifting and using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

Manage inventory control by accurately tracking stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment of products. Utilize RF scanners for efficient inventory management and organization. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload merchandise safely. Assist with shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all products are accounted for. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and stock areas. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient stocking, merchandising, and maintenance of displays. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries and locating items. Perform retail sales tasks, including cashiering duties when necessary. Engage in heavy lifting as required for stocking shelves and managing inventory. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience is preferred, particularly in inventory management or retail environments. Proficiency in using RF scanners and operating forklifts is highly desirable. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance customer interactions. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking and inventory control processes. Excellent communication skills to facilitate teamwork and customer service interactions. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as needed in the role. Experience in produce handling, packaging, or merchandising is a plus. Familiarity with retail math concepts can be beneficial for managing stock levels effectively.
