Description
The Equities Middle Office is responsible for a variety of functions supporting the Equity Derivative, Equity Financing and Cash Equity trading businesses. This covers multiple markets and products including OTC equity derivatives, cash equities, and exchange traded derivatives.
Responsibilities
The stock loan middle office responsibilities include management and processing of all cash and non-cash collateral exposure. Functions also include Stock Loan trade support ensuring trade bookings flow STP, resolution of contract compare, spearheading issues and oversight of all settlement's functions.
Requirements
Requirements

• Minimum Degree Required: Completed High School (Diploma or GED)

• Global One and Loanet knowledge is a must (Broadridge a plus)

• International and Domestic Stock Loan experience processing cash and non-cash collateral

• Function includes Collateral management of cash and non-cash exposure with regard to pre-pays, same day settlements, and settled returns

• Knowledge of marked-to-markets, billing, contract compare, and security pricing

• Knowledge of short coverage, excess management, repo, settlements.
