Job Description

Overview:

Provides terminal cleaning, packaging, sterilization and distribution of surgical instruments and supplies. Records sterilization process according to hospital policy.
Qualifications:

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or GED.

EXPERIENCE:

Previous experience as Sterilization Technician preferred.

ADDITIONAL SKILL/ABILITIES:

Ability to communicate in English with people from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. Ability to work under stress. Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
