Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Must have at least 24 months of Management experience.
Trauma Level 1 experience is required from any number of months
References
Candidates must provide 2 manager/supervisor references from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Certifications
BLS (Required)
CRCST (Required)
Vaccinations
COVID vaccination required. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

If you want to take 4-7 days off, you must be willing to make up that time. You must fulfill the full 13 week contract.

Required Skills/Experience:

Must have 2 plus years of supervisor experience. Level 1 experience required. Must have recent experience at a Level One Trauma Facility. Work Settings- Acute Hospital OR. Preparation and Handling- Aseptic Technique. Professional Knowledge and Skills- Equipment Documentation.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Previous Charge Experience

Required Credentials:

Sterile Processing Tech Competency exam, Sterile Processing Tech skills, CORE exams allied, Team Lead experience

Preferred Credentials:

CHL preferred.

Previous Employment Requirements:

Return Staff Policy: Gone for 90 days to return as traveler

Special Requests:

Candidates should expect to work 2-3 of the 4 Summer Holidays (Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, and Labor Day). Any RTO should be provided at time of submission to be considered. RTO - must be presented at time of submission. Any time off sent after the offer will not be approved.
