Requirements
Experience
24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
References
Candidates must provide 1 charge/lead reference from within the past 12 months in order to be considered for this role
Candidates must provide 1 reference from within the past 3 years in order to be considered for this role
Certifications
BLS (Required)
CRCST (Required)
Vaccinations
Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
Proof of Identification
Driver's license required

Additional Details:

Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Required Skills/Experience:

Minimum 2 years experience in decontam/sterilization

Experience with endoscopic instrument processing

Unit/Facility Details:

All clinicians must badge in and out at facility

Special Requests:

Please provide good interview times in submission. Manager will reach out directly to interview prior to offering.

Shift & Scheduling:

Day, Evening

Monday to Thursday.

All holidays that fall on scheduled shifts/dates must be worked.

Floating Requirements:

Only option would another SPD in Fargo - SU or BDWY



References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you're applying to.
