PURPOSE OF JOB: Transport soiled instruments from all areas of hospital (OR, VASC & CATH LAB, LDRP, IRAD and ER) as well as responsible for delivering sterile instruments to all these areas as well.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Safely transports instruments/trays/supplies in a timely manner
Demonstrates basic knowledge of sterile instrumentation process. Demonstrates Safe handling techniques and follows necessary precautions
Demonstrates positive team and communication skills
Job Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: high school diploma or equivalent; Experience: No experience required.
Other Skills: Ability to work in fast paced environment,
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of group
