Step Instructor
, your responsibilities will include:Teach safe group exercise classes Supervise group exercise areas Demonstrate proper technique and modify movements for different levels Educate members concerning safe exercise techniques Implement proper rhythm, tempo, warm up and cool down Monitor heart rate intensity Adhere to departmental and club policies and procedures Adhere to client?s policies and procedures * Assist in promotions and external events
