Job Description

As part of a major industrial project, we are looking for an experienced

Site Manager

to oversee all construction activities on an industrial processing line.

The role involves coordinating on-site teams, supervising subcontractors, ensuring strict compliance with HSE standards and liaising with engineering teams and project stakeholders.

Overall site management:

Supervise and coordinate construction activities. Manage resources deployed on site and ensure optimal organisation. Supervise subcontractors and ensure that the schedule is followed. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and local regulations.

HSE management & safety culture:

Implement and promote safety standards in accordance with internal guidelines. Conduct safety awareness sessions and training for the site team. Ensure strict application of HSE protocols and customer requirements.

Technical coordination & reporting:

Collaborate with the engineering, Project Director and Project Manager teams. Provide regular updates on progress, risks, challenges and proposed solutions. Ensure accurate reporting: progress, milestones, incidents, potential claims. Contribute to contract management and project documentation.

Customer relations and problem solving:

Maintain fluid and professional communication with the customer. Identify, resolve or escalate technical and organisational issues. Ensure customer satisfaction at every stage of the project.

Profile:

Minimum

5 years' experience

as a Site Manager in industrial environments (steel industry, CCL/CGL lines, processing lines, industrial complexes, etc.). Fluency in written and spoken English. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong leadership skills, ability to manage multicultural teams. Rigorous, autonomous, able to prioritise and highly safety-oriented.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
