About Us

LBA Logistics, LLC, is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) dedicated to safely and efficiently delivering Amazon packages to customers every day. We are looking for a motivated Dispatcher to join our operations team at our Amazon Delivery Station. This role is essential to keeping our routes running smoothly, supporting drivers, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Position Summary

As a Dispatcher, you will coordinate daily delivery operations, assign routes, and support delivery drivers throughout their shifts. You'll manage real-time logistics challenges, communicate with station leaders, and help maintain excellent performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Assign delivery routes and ensure all routes are covered before dispatch. Monitor delivery progress throughout the day using Amazon's logistics systems. Act as the main point of contact for drivers providing real-time support, directions, and problem-solving. Communicate with Amazon station management and LBAL leadership regarding performance and operational updates. Track attendance, performance, and route completion for all drivers. Respond to emergencies or unexpected route issues with quick, safe, and effective solutions. Promote and enforce safety, compliance, and company policies. Assist with load-out organization, staging, and other dispatch area operations.
Qualifications

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Experience in logistics, dispatching, transportation, or warehouse operations. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Comfortable using technology (tablets, dispatch software, spreadsheets, messaging apps). Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Preferred:

Previous experience at an Amazon Delivery Station or with a DSP. Familiarity with Amazon logistics tools (e.g., Rabbit, DeliveryApp, Cortex). Leadership or supervisory experience.

Schedule

8-10 hour shifts Flexible availability (weekends and holidays required) Typical shift times: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
