Covington Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is a 65-bed facility located in beautiful East Palestine, OH. We are currently in search of a compassionate, motivated individual to join our team of healthcare professionals in the roles of
Full Time Day Shift and Full Time Night Shift State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs).
