Responsibilities

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options Work with agent to contact customers regarding their accounts Scheduling Sales Appointments Upselling/Cross Selling

Requirements

Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred

MUST BE OUTGOING AND HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Successful track record of meeting goals/quotas preferred Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams People-oriented Organizational skills Self-motivated Detail oriented Proactive in problem solving Dedicated to customer service Able to learn computer functions Pride in getting work done accurately and timely Ability to work in a team environment
License Requirements

Must have Wisconsin Property and Casualty Insurance producer licenses
