Key Responsibilities Center Operations Management



Lead day-to-day center operations, ensuring adherence to Shine Bright's high standards for cleanliness, organization, scheduling, and overall service delivery. Ensure compliance with Arizona state licensure regulations for outpatient/clinic operations Oversee RBT scheduling and productivity to optimize billable hours and minimize cancellations. Collaborate with regional leadership to drive performance against key operational metrics, including budget management, efficiency, and licensure compliance. Proactively identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions, refining policies and procedures as needed. Lead by example as the onsite operational expert, providing clear expectations and hands-on support to staff. Manage ordering and inventory of center supplies (toys, office materials, food, etc.).

Client & Family Engagement



Serve as the primary point of contact for non-clinical client needs, including caregiver communication, attendance support, and onboarding processes. Foster strong, supportive relationships with families to ensure an exceptional client experience. Handle front desk duties, including phone calls, appointment coordination, and welcoming clients and visitors. Support diagnostic and assessment scheduling, including sending intake materials, collecting documentation, and sending appointment reminders.

Local Leadership & Staff Support



Act as the on-site leader for local staff, including supervision of clinical team members and mentorship of team leads. Partner with clinical leadership to ensure high clinical standards, treatment fidelity, and staff development. Manage non-billable task assignments and optimize staff workflows. Cultivate a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with Shine Bright's values and culture. Address employee concerns thoughtfully, escalating issues appropriately to regional leadership.

Event Planning & Coordination



Organize and lead internal events, such as staff meetings, training sessions, and team-building lunches. Collaborate with clinical leadership to plan and execute parent-facing events and community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree required

; advanced degree preferred.

5-7+ years of experience

in healthcare operations or a related field (ABA or outpatient clinic experience highly preferred).

Minimum of 2-3 years in operations management

, with demonstrated success in leading teams and improving performance.

People leadership experience required

, preferably managing teams of 8-10+ individuals. Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong commitment to Shine Bright's mission and the ability to lead with integrity, empathy, and purpose.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
