Responsibilities

Serve as the

State Clinical Director - Colorado

, providing direct supervision and support to RBTs with a focus on quality outcomes Develop and update individualized treatment plans with measurable client goals Lead caregiver meetings to ensure family involvement and progress monitoring Balance in-home and telehealth services across assigned cases Maintain high standards of data collection and clinical documentation

Qualifications

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)

At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA (preferred) Strong communication and leadership skills with families and team members Experience with both in-home and center-based services Comfort with technology-based ABA tools Must be able to relocate to New Hampshire prior to starting
