You\'ll have the chance to meet people from all over the world and learn how to make that perfect cup of joe or hot cocoa. Barista\'s will also advance their skills and receive the Starbucks Barista Certification upon completion of training. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
• Follow all health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
• Deliver quality and timely guest service to all guests even in periods of high volume
• Maintain a clean work environment to include, workstation, dining area, drink station, etc.
• Follow operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, safety and security
• Anticipate guest and store needs by evaluating environment and guest for cues
• Engage and communicate with the guest to better understand their needs
• Provide information to the guest by being knowledgeable about the resort
• Obtain West Virginia\'s Food Handlers certification upon hire

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include early mornings, evenings, weekends, night and holidays

PREFERRED

• Previous barista/ restaurant experience
