As a Staffing Coordinator at The Blossoms at Van Buren Rehab & Nursing Center, you



will oversee the nursing care provided within our facility. Your primary responsibilities include



supervising the nursing staff, managing patient care, and ensuring adherence to established



policies and healthcare regulations. This position requires strong leadership, excellent



communication skills, and a deep commitment to providing outstanding patient care.





Responsibilities:



Patient Care Supervision: Oversee and direct the day-to-day delivery of nursing care



and the functioning of the Staffing Coordinator. Ensure patient care plans are



implemented accurately and assess ongoing patient needs.



Staff Management: Manage nursing staff schedules, provide clinical direction as a



Staffing Coordinator, and evaluate the performance of the nursing team. Conduct



regular training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge.



Compliance and Standards: Ensure nursing care is delivered in accordance with facility



policies and current medical and nursing best practices.



Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete health care records and reports.



Regularly review documentation to ensure all regulatory compliance is met.



Medication Administration Oversight: Supervise the administration of medications and



treatments, ensuring compliance with prescribed therapies. Monitor and report any



adverse reactions as a Staffing Coordinator.



Communication: Facilitate effective communication between healthcare team members,



patients, and their families to ensure coordinated and optimal care.



Qualifications:



Education: Must possess a current LPN/RN license in the state of Arkansas.



Experience: Proven experience as a Staffing Coordinator, preferably in a long-term



care or rehabilitation environment.



Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills; excellent communication and



interpersonal skills.



Certifications: CPR certification is preferred.
