Responsibilities:

Coordinate staffing schedules, including interviewing and hiring new staff members as needed Manage and maintain accurate records of staff assignments, hours worked, and leaves of absence Develop and implement effective staffing strategies to meet changing patient needs Collaborate with nursing staff and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination Identify and resolve staffing-related issues in a timely and professional manner Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements:

2 years of experience in a similar role Ability to work a FULL TIME schedule Strong organizational and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
