Position Description:
Entry-level HR & Recruiting position, responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring seasonal staff. Position includes responsibilities associated with the day-to-day management of over 3000 seasonal employees. Seeking outgoing, and enterprising individuals to join a growing and dynamic team. No office experience needed. This role is designed to be true "Entry Level" and includes training onto our office team.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage and communicate with potential candidates
Track, schedule, and organize candidate talent pool
Assist in hiring events, job fairs, and other recruitment opportunities
Interact with lifeguards to assist with the training process
Assist with schedule creation and in-season day to day schedule
Labor Compliance - comply with all Federal, State, and Local Labor Laws
Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
