The Staffing & Client Care Coordinator is responsible for coordinating caregiver schedules and supporting client care needs to ensure high-quality, non-medical home health services. This role serves as a key point of contact for caregivers and clients, ensuring appropriate staffing coverage, clear communication, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules to meet client care needs-Match caregivers to clients based on availability, skills, and preferences
-Communicate with caregivers regarding assignments, schedule changes, and coverage needs
-Serve as a liaison between clients, families, and caregivers to support satisfaction and continuity of care
-Assist with onboarding, orientation, and ongoing support of caregivers
-Document scheduling and client care information accurately and timely
-Respond promptly to staffing issues, call-offs, and urgent coverage needs
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in home health, healthcare staffing, or customer service preferred
-Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
-Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer applications
-Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented demeanor
