Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a skilled Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate will have strong Med/Surg, Stroke, and Stepdown experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience
Stroke and Stepdown experience required
Travel nursing experience must be documented
EPIC required
Current RN license in state
BLS required; ACLS preferred
Excellent patient assessment and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver patient-centered Med/Surg and Stepdown care
Monitor neurological status and evaluate clinical trends
Carry out medication administration and medical treatments
Support providers and team members
Assist in stroke emergencies
Maintain precise documentation in EPIC
