Harbor House Rehabilitation and Nursing Center - 11 Condito Road, Hingham, MA



Harbor House is a friendly, supportive, team-oriented environment in a beautiful, 142 bed facility located within a unique harborside neighborhood setting. Conveniently located off 3A in Hingham, MA and accessible by public transportation. We are seeking a compassionate, team oriented Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) skilled at providing nursing assessment, planning, and care to maximize the comfort and health of our patients and their families. Update and maintain patient records, implement orders for medications and treatments, supervise certified staff, and demonstrate excellent customer service.

Requirements for RN/LPN:

Must possess valid unencumbered, RN or LPN License in Massachusetts Current CPR certification Nursing degree from an accredited college or university

Job Duties for RN/LPN:

Administer Meds, Complete Assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents. Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care Develop, Write, Execute, and Monitor Care Plans for resident safety and well-being. Maintain safety of residents. Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines.
