$2,000 SIGN ON BONUS
1st $1000.00: after 30 days of employment
2nd $1000.00: after 6 months of employment
The Staff Nurse essential duties and responsibilities include:
Processes patients from assessment to discharge in both medications assisted treatment and drug free treatment programming. Dispenses all medication under procedures set forth by Family Guidance Center, Substance Use Prevention and Recovery, Clinical Sustainability Assessment Tool and the Drug Enforcement Administration Monitors the appropriateness of methadone and medication dosages. Monitors the physical & mental health well-being of patients and documents findings. Must be available to travel if needed
Schedule: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm M-F Sat 7:15 am to 10:15 am every other weekend

Experience and Skills:
Education and/or Experience:
Two years post degree experience in hospital or agency setting. Individual must possess good communication skills. General basic nursing and medical terminology knowledge. Must have knowledge of substance abuse pathology. Must have knowledge of all state and federal rules and regulations.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
RN,L.P.N. registered in the State of Illinois and certified in CPRFrom: Family Guidance Centers, Inc.
