Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in nursing principles, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care in various settings, including hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and ensuring adherence to established standards of care.

Duties

Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients to determine their health status. Administer medications and injections as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety protocols. Provide comprehensive care to patients, including infant care when necessary, while maintaining a compassionate and supportive environment. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans that address the specific needs of each patient. Monitor patients' progress and response to treatments, adjusting care plans as needed based on clinical findings. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures. Uphold high standards of practice in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

Experience

Proven knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to nursing practice. Experience in administering injections and performing medical procedures in a clinical setting. Familiarity with hospital medicine practices and standards of care. Previous experience in an ambulatory surgery center is preferred but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.

Pay: From $58.00 per hour

Work Location: On the road
