Staff LPN
A high school diploma or equivalency is required.
Specialized vocational or technical training for LPN is required.
Current KY LPN licensure is required.
Current BLS training is required.
Provides direct patient care, administers treatments, and medications. Works under the direction of an RN or MD to ensure the patient's health care needs are met in accordance with established policy.
