Responsibilities:

Design and implement comprehensive staff development programs to improve job performance, employee engagement, and patient satisfaction Conduct needs assessments and evaluations to identify training gaps and areas for improvement Collaborate with department leaders to develop and deliver targeted training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to staff members to enhance their skills and address performance issues Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of training materials, policies, and procedures Monitor and report on program effectiveness, making recommendations for continuous improvement Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organization policies

Requirements:

Minimum 0 years of experience

in a related field, preferably in healthcare or education

Associates degree or higher

in a related field (or equivalent experience) Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
