About the Role:

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our Banquets team as a Staff Cafeteria Attendant. The Staff Cafeteria Attendant oversees the dining area, p repares / serves all meals for staff including but not limited to breakfast, lunch, and dinner in accordance to production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.

What you will do:

Prepare consistent quality food and pastry items following recipe cards and production, portion, and presentation standards. Transport and maintain all food and beverage items for the Employee Cafeteria. Maintain a clean and sanitary buffet line including all serving utensils and service wares . Check pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation, freezer pull and line set up; note any out-of-stock items or possible shortages. Return all food items not used to designated storage areas, being sure to cover/date all perishables Assist in prep work as required for the next shift. Assist in other duties that are assigned by management.

Schedule and Hours:

This position is a full-time role. Candidates must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours. Candidates must be able to work mornings, days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
