Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a senior staff accountant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

QuickBooks Online.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday) that requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

Experience closing monthly financials is A MUST

Manage general ledger accounting tasks

with precision and attention to detail

Conduct accrual accounting

and maintain accurate financial records

Perform month-end close

for a variety of clients

Reconcile balance sheets

and resolve discrepancies promptly

Execute journal entries

accurately and efficiently

Oversee accounts receivable processes

and collections

Conduct general ledger reconciliation

to verify financial data integrity Prepare reports and assist with financial analysis Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies Communicate effectively with team members and external partners

Requirements:

Accounting degree required

Must be available Monday-Friday for 8-hour workdays (40 hours per week)

Must be a resident of Tennessee

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency in

QuickBooks Online

and relevant accounting software Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines

Skills:

Proficiency in financial services and accounting principles

Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and reconciliation

Experience with accrual accounting practices

Ability to analyze debits and credits effectively

Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
