The purpose of the Staff Accountant is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates and perform general accounting duties.
Review and maintain various schedules
Post manufacturer warranty credit memos
Post Daily Banking
Loan Car Movement
Remit aftermarket warranties and process cancelation refunds for aftermarket warranties
Post factory payable invoices and reconcile factory payable statements for certain Park Place locations
Download all transactions from Manufacturers website
Process monthly Finance Reserve Reconciliation
Process and pay monthly VIT
Distribute end of month reports to Management Company managers as well as maintain corporate month reports in the corporate office
Responsible for special projects as they are assigned
College Degree or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook and proficient in Microsoft Excel
Must be at least eighteen years of age
Other accounting duties as assigned
