FLEXSPACE, the 2nd fastest growing company in South Carolina and we are growing again! We have an immediate need for a Staff Accountant. This position reports directly to the Corporate Controller. The primary responsibilities will be maintaining financial records and ensure that financial transactions are properly recorded by established deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

\xc2\xb7 Maintain financial records

\xc2\xb7 Ensure financial transactions are properly recorded by deadlines

\xc2\xb7 Maintain the accuracy of entries to ledger accounts

\xc2\xb7 Reconcile subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger

\xc2\xb7 Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports

\xc2\xb7 Process AP and AR as needed

\xc2\xb7 Analyze current cost, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses

SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting or Finance or 3+ years in a similar role

\xc2\xb7 Experience in QuickBooks Online

\xc2\xb7 Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Word) experience

\xc2\xb7 Flexibility and ability to quickly and efficiently pivot to new priorities as business needs dictate

\xc2\xb7 Broad range of interests and curiosity to learn about a wide variety of topics

\xc2\xb7 Ability to collaborate and operative effectively in a team environment

Salary:

70,000 - 75,000
