As a Staff Accountant, you understand the pivotal role meticulous financial management plays in an organization\'s success. Your extensive knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, coupled with your advanced analytical capabilities, sets you apart as an essential contributor to informed financial decision-making. In this role, you\'ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, engage with auditors, and contribute to the development of robust accounting policies and procedures. Your insights and contributions will directly shape our financial strategies, helping us navigate challenges and capitalize on opportunities.

salary: $30 - $40 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing daily accounting activities, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconciling and maintaining balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Participating in the month-end and year-end close processes.
• Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborating with auditors and preparing audit documentation as needed.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
• Mentoring and guiding junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
