Position Summary Details

The Stadium Cleaner provides the cleaning services and stocks supplies and upkeep of an assigned area within an arena, sport stadium, convention center or other entertainment venue. The assigned area could be restrooms, suites, concourse, etc. Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned. Duties may include cleaning common areas to guests, restrooms, private or VIP suites, emptying trash receptacles, cleaning bodily fluids, and assisting guests with directions within the complex.

Payrate is $16.00 per hour The pay listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. An offer will vary based on applicant\'s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.

Essential Duties:

  • Cleans and maintains stadium buildings/facilities. Performs heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, restrooms, walkways, and trash collection.
  • Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
  • Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
  • Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
  • Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks/shifts that are assigned.
Event and Post Event Cleaner Duties:
  • Cleans tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas, suites, and lounges.
  • Cleans, services, and maintain necessary supplies for assigned restrooms.
  • Cleans interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners with sponges and squeegees.
  • Responsible for event setup or breakdown in preparation for various event functions held at the facility.
  • Must keep janitor\'s closet neat and orderly and maintain equipment in good working order
  • Collect trash left behind in seating areas by the guests
  • Use blower, pressure washer or mop as specified by site to clean all other trash that is not able to be swept or picked up by hand
  • Ensure restrooms in designated work areas (locker rooms, press room, suites, general offices, etc.) are clean and fully stocked prior to end of shift
  • May use or ride on buffer/scrubber to provide detailed cleaning of specific locations as requested by client
  • Respond to bodily fluid clean ups using appropriate PPE and authorized chemicals
  • Ensure supply closet in designated area has enough equipment to stock restrooms
  • Follow all safety and personnel rules and regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be able to work at least one event per month, as applicable
  • Must be able to work at high elevations.
  • Must have ability to work without direct supervision
  • Must have ability to work with other crew members
  • Must be able to perform all physical aspects of the above job duties
  • Previous experience preferred but not required
