Job Location - Philadelphia, PA (Day One Onsite - Hybrid)
About The RoleCapgemini is seeking experienced and flexible Developer who is having 5+ years of experience on SSIS. The ideal candidate believes in exploring alternatives and quickly prototyping to validate hypothetical architectures or solutions. Will significantly contribute to the Design and development of SSIS Packages, Stored Procedures. Must understand software engineering fundamentals, relational databases, scripting knowledge using SSIS. Experience working within an Agile software development life cycle, including requirements gathering and grooming, etc.
Job Responsibilities
Required SkillsMinimum 5 years' experience in SSIS and SQL. Experience in SSIS and Devops integration for ETL and database deployments. Strong understanding of ETL Principles and methodologies. Proficient is SQL Query optimization techniques. Experience using Source Code Management systems. Bitbucket (Stash/Git) and VSTS experience preferred. Excellent Analytical, Problem solving and trouble shooting skills. Solid understanding of AGILE software development methodologies. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize, escalate, and communicate issues. Ability to work independently with minimal guidance with attention to detail and follow-up. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Salary Transparency
Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $80420 to $106050 /yearly.


This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.


Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company's sole discretion, consistent with the law.


The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$80420 to $106050

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.


The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.


These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.


It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.


In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
