SUMMARY: The Technical Systems Administrator is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure both located within the Business Area Network and Internet based, and primarily supporting CATIA V6, and the 3DExperience Platform. This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. This individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, partners, and customers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of CATIA V6 and related applications, to include deployment of company standards, templates and scripts.
  • Provide CATIA V6 and 3DExperience technical support for business area employee base
  • Maintain ongoing awareness of license usage and demand to advise license procurement
  • Maintain documentation of network server configurations, application licensing agreements, and other third party software installed
  • maintain server and related hardware
  • Responsible for backup systems process and procedures
  • Document repair/maintenance and change requests through IS department ticketing system
  • Perform on call after hours support as needed
  • Work closely with related engineering disciplines to ensure all CATIA engineering related needs are addressed including template changes, automation, application settings, etc...
  • Pro-actively monitors the infrastructure including servers to prevent issues and to resolve issues as they happen
  • Experience in developing applications in Java, EKL, .NET highly preferred
  • Participate in testing of new software versions and hardware/peripherals
  • Use remote technical support tools to provide direct user support
  • Good documentation and communication skills
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • May travel to other locations as required performing related duties
  • Good interpersonal relationship skills and able to work with a wide variety of technical engineers and employees
  • Punctuality to work each day and prepared to work scheduled work hours
  • Other duties as assigned
COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for thoughtful adherence to all SNC Policies, Procedures, and Compliance regulations (internal and external)
  • Compliance with all Corporate IT policies and procedures
  • Responsible for maintaining HIPAA and FDA compliance and security IAW business area policies and best business practices.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Requires a BA/BS in Related Field.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and basic network routing protocol.
  • This position requires the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $120,552.10 - $165,759.14. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates\xe2\x80\x99 key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.

SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
