As a Sr Social Business Specialist, you'll help bring Southwest's social strategy to life by leading enterprise-wide programs, managing digital creator partnerships, and creating compelling content for Instagram and TikTok channels. You'll serve as a seasoned community manager across internal and external platforms, engaging in key conversations and identifying opportunities to enhance brand reputation, drive revenue, and deepen Customer and Employee engagement. From shooting and producing social content to activating A/B tests and supporting internal collaboration tools, you'll play a hands-on role in shaping Southwest's digital voice. You'll also monitor social insights to proactively identify risks and opportunities, while also mentoring others and helping grow a Culture of innovation and connection across Southwest.
