This position requires deep experience in retail shopping center development along with strong technical skills in AutoCAD and Revit. The selected candidate will manage day-to-day project status, uphold design intent, maintain meticulous project documentation, and collaborate closely with designers and clients to achieve outstanding results. Strong communication abilities are essential, as the Senior Project Manager leads project discussions, prepares reports, guides junior staff, and represents the firm when needed.
The role also includes meaningful partnership with senior leadership on contracts, consultant selection, fee negotiations, billing oversight, and coordination across all phases of development. Successful candidates will bring at least ten years of relevant experience along with the confidence, clarity, and organizational strength required to manage multiple priorities while mentoring and inspiring the project team.
