This position is responsible for managing one or more highly complex enterprise-wide program(s) consisting of multiple projects; being accountable for end-to-end delivery of a complex program, including managing the cost/ budget, schedule & dependencies, resources, scope, quality and risks. This position is responsible for driving deliverables and activities with Business Relationship Managers, business Leadership, External Vendors and IT Project Managers by removing barriers, escalating risks/issues, building consensus, and driving decisions, as well as tracking key program milestones and recommending adjustments to IT leadership and the program team.

This position is part of the newly formed Office of the Chief Information and Digital Officer (CIDO) and will primarily focus on IT compliance-related projects. The role will report to the Director of IT Compliance and involve cross-functional collaboration with multiple IT development teams and technologies. The main objective is to deliver system enhancements crucial for US Foods to maintain compliance with local and federal regulations. Experience in managing compliance-related projects is a plus, but not required.

Flexible Work Policy: The work for the Sr IT Program Manager position is completed 100% remotely anywhere in the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories. This position may have the potential to travel up to 20% dependent on business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drives consolidation and manages multiple work streams into one cohesive program
  • Effectively communicates program issues, their remediation and status to program stakeholders and upper management
  • Provides support for program planning, execution, tracking, communications and reporting for multiple high priority cross-functional projects
  • Reviews high-level deliverables across multiple projects
  • Provides a program level RACI and Organization chart for the Program
  • Manages time, budget and scope across multiple projects; uses appropriate techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule and costs
  • Tracks issues and risks at the program level
  • Integrates financial data for multiple projects
  • Schedules and facilitates US Foods project delivery Toll Gates
  • Ensures defects affecting the success of the program are tracked & managed to resolution.
  • Conducts and documents lessons learned

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Training:
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience required; M.S./MBA preferred
  • PMP Certification & Scrum Master Certification preferred
Related Experience/Requirements:
  • Must possess a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in relevant experience
  • Prior experience in applying proven project management methodologies to large mission critical projects
  • Prior experience with supply chain or manufacturing systems - preferred
  • Prior experience in a PMO and use of Project Portfolio Management tool like MS Project Online - preferred.
  • Prior experience in applying proven project management methodologies to large mission critical projects
  • Extensive experience in project delivery and working in complex programs
  • Demonstrated experience employing established project methodologies \xe2\x80\x93 agile, waterfall
  • Strong communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 collaboration, facilitation, verbal & written skills required
The following information is provided in accordance with certain state and local laws. Compensation depends on experience, geographic locations, and other factors permitted by law. In Colorado, the expected compensation for this role is between $100,000 and $150,000. In New York City, the expected compensation for this role is between $119,600 and $165,000. In California, the expected compensation for this role is between $113,600 and $155,000. In Washington, the expected compensation for this role is between $113,600 and $155,000. This role is also eligible for annual incentive plan bonus.
