Sr Product Manager - Platforms

Position Overview

Lyric is developing a state-of-the-art platform that combines the best pre-pay and post-pay editing engines. This platform also includes an ecosystem of partners who offer solutions in various areas such as itemized bill review, fraud waste & abuse, coordination of benefits, and more.

As a Senior Product Manager for the Platform, your role will be crucial in creating, managing, and delivering this product. You will have the opportunity to delve deep into key product features, including orchestration, the current pre-pay edit system, data governance and observability, data warehouse/lake, and security.

We are looking for someone highly technical, even an engineer in the past, and now can think systems. If you have a good grasp on platforms, distributed systems, and data-intensive operations, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities

Develop product roadmaps and strategies by working closely with key stakeholders. Refine and develop our roadmap to address the market and customer needs.

Responsible for synthesizing complex technical areas of implementation into digestible information as PRD, epics, and stories.

Run multiple scrum teams to deliver the product.

Continuously evaluate and prioritize time allocation in different areas.

Collaborate closely with our external partners and vendors, ensuring the maintenance of key relationships for the success of the platform.

Partner and collaborate with our engineering, research, business development, and design teams to detail, grow, and emphasize new launches.

Be driven by KPIs - measure and monitor the platform\'s key performance indicators, and creatively accelerate towards your goals.

Decision-making under uncertainty is crucial as we navigate the complexities of a multi-sided platform. Applying good judgment and heuristics will be key to our success.

About You:

5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in SaaS / healthcare

You have shipped world class enterprise platform.

BS/MS Degree in computer science / engineering (or related field).

Prior domain knowledge on Payment Integrity and Payment Accuracy is a nice to have (but not required).

A strong grasp of data heavy nature of healthcare - data formats, de-identification, compliance, and problems.

Prior healthcare / health tech experience a plus, especially with a focus on building muti-sided platforms and developing data products.

Proven ability to ship reliable products efficiently, without jeopardizing quality

Hardworking & collaborative, with a history of success working in fast-paced, cross functional teams in startup environment.

The applicable base pay for your state is listed below. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, ClaimsXten Portfolio offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The base pay range for this position is $112,680.00 - $278,880.00
