As a Sr Procurement Compliance Auditor you\'ll develop internal audit programs and conduct audits to assess effectiveness of controls, accuracy of records, efficiency of business operations, and monitoring the resulting corrective actions. You\'ll be responsible for ensuring processes and procedures are appropriately documented, as well as extracting and analyzing data to determine deficiencies or non-compliance with laws or internal procedures. You\'ll report on findings and make recommendations for management on risk areas. This position will support all procurement operations. In addition, you\'ll lead in regular compliance audits, including organizing reviews, generating metrics, developing action plans, initiating training, as well as following up to ensure the risk has been addressed.

As SNC\'s corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications.

This role is open to a hybrid schedule

Responsibilities:

  • Integral to planning of PO file documentation requirements, implementation, and validation through audit
  • Define requirements and standards to ensure consistent adherence to regulatory requirements across segments and functions
  • Develop and maintain compliance policy and procedures for Procurement
  • Stay abreast of new trends and innovations in the field of procurement compliance and recommend process improvements of procurement compliance policies, procedures.
  • Monitor, audit and evaluate procurement practices and documents across the company to ensure compliance with respective policies, best practices and standards.
  • Seek, recommend, and implement improvements to the Procurement process.
  • Help ensure that Procurement operates ethically and in strict compliance with government procurement regulations and law
  • Assist in administering SNC\xe2\x80\x99s Procurement self-assessment practices including monitoring compliance trends; including developing, maintaining, and delivering procurement training
  • Support government (e.g., DCMA, DCAA, etc.) inquiries related to Procurement documentation and/or processes including assist in the preparation for Government-conducted Contractor Purchasing System Reviews (CPSRs) and, as directed, take appropriate steps to ensure that the company maintains an \xe2\x80\x9capproved" Purchasing System rating
  • Interface with Procurement management and staff along with line operational managers
Must-haves:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in a related field and typically 6 or more years of relevant experience
  • Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
  • Government contracting regulations knowledge and experience
Preferred:
  • Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) experience

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $104,827.91 - $144,138.38. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates\xe2\x80\x99 key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.

SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.

U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants. Adjudicative factors which affect the outcome of the eligibility determination include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the U.S., foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations and illegal drug use.
