Job Description


This person will be responsible for all mid to large size projects.

Construction Superintendent - Commercial - Bangor ME:

  • Work along-side Architects, Sub-contractors, and Clients
  • Managing on-site construction team
  • Coordinate on-site safety compliance
  • Manage Sub-contractor meetings
  • Manage projects time-line for on-time and on-budget project deliver

  • 5+ years of experience running $5 million+ Construction Projects
  • 5+ field experience at a General Contractor
  • Familiarity with Construction software

  • Bachelors degree in a Construction related field (preferred)
