Job Title Sr. Implementation Analyst

What does a successful Implementation Analyst at Fiserv do?

As an Implementation Analyst you will provide analysis, consultation, and initial support to new and existing clients during the implementation of new core related products and services. You will be responsible for a variety of products and services providing you the opportunity to expand and enhance your knowledge base. You will be part of a team of experienced professionals who manage multiple projects across multiple departments.

What you will do:

  • Implement individual products, product suites, or services to clients with an initial focus on newly developed products
  • Complete product implementation within the agreed timeline
  • Manage multiple clients and projects
  • Lead internal and client status meetings to coordinate all phases of product implementation
  • Apply standard project management principles including the creation and maintenance of project plans and managing project tasks and resources as they apply to each implementation
  • Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions in accordance with stated procedure
  • Assist clients by determining product requirements and assessing client environment to determine any unique client issues as related to product
  • Communicate progress and any potential problems to manager for awareness and/or resolution.
  • Maintain the tools used to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the product implementation (questionnaires, specifications, and statistics)
  • Provide training (dependent on product) to the client
  • Cross train associates in implementations procedures for existing and new products
What you will need to have:
  • Knowledge of financial institutions system accounting systems
  • Five year\xe2\x80\x99s work-related experience in the financial services or related industry
What would be great to have:
  • Knowledge of financial services related products
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Work collaboratively across multiple teams and work independently
  • Exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Previous Fiserv Premier core experience
  • Ability to develop and maintain project plans
